Il compleanno di Mel Collins, di Wazza

Hello,

compie gli anni oggi, 5 settembre, Mel Collins, sassofonista, flautista; entrando nei King Crimson fa il salto di qualità, diventando uno dei sassofonisti più richiesto nel mondo prog.

Dal 1976 al 1984 è in pianta stabile nei Camel, dopodiché girerà gli studi di registrazione di mezzo mondo.

Molto apprezzato anche in Italia si dal pubblico che dai "colleghi", va in tour nel 1973 con la PFM, suona con Lucio Battisti, Pino Daniele, Sergio Caputo, Flavio Giurato, Arti & Mestieri...

Si fa prima a nominare con chi "non" ha suonato!
